We're looking for strong crew leaders to lead our commercial maintenance crews. You must be able to motivate your team to complete goals in a timely manner while maintaining our standards of quality. You need to be able to evaluate a property's needs quickly and delegate tasks efficiently. Time management and teamwork are critical. Irrigation skills are highly preferred: controllers, repairs, water management, troubleshooting.
