Must have experience maintaining equipment, including vehicles, gas-powered tools (blowers, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, chain saws), and lawn mowers. Diesel experience preferred but not required. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record with experience pulling trailers. Must be organized and very reliable. Work will be completed on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Wash trucks and trailers
- Change oil
- Check fluids
- Check tire pressure
- Sharpen tools
- Tune up equipment
- Change filters, spark plugs
- Fuel trucks, cans, and equipment
- Sharpen hedge trimmers, pruners, saws, chain saws
- Grease equipment
- Implement and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment
- Stock and control inventory of parts and fluids for crews and equipment
- Perform needed repairs as reported by crews
